BOOKING CONDITIONS
Bookings - It is advisable to telephone for confirmation of availability before sending your booking form and deposit
Payment - A deposit of 1/3 of the rental is payable on booking. Provisional bookings are held for 4 working days only. The balance of rental is payable 42 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 6 weeks in advance, the total amount is payable on booking.
Cheques - Should be payable to D.J Parker
Cancellations - We strongly recommend that you take advantage of holiday cancellation insurance. In the event of a cancellation every effort will be made to re-let the unit. In the unlikely event that re-letting cannot be arranged you will still be liable to pay the balance of the tariff.
Damage - All damage and breakages are the legal responsibility of the hirer and should be made known to the owner.
Number of guests - The maximum number of guests (not including cots) permitted in each apartment is clearly stated in the tariff particulars. The proprietor reserves the right to decline accommodation and to order any unauthorised person off the premises.
I reserve - The right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons behaving in a manner detrimental to the property or the comfort of other guests.
Visitors - Visitors are welcome but as Sea Tree House is a residence, please inform the proprietor if you wish to invite friends.
Pets - Pets are accepted strictly by prior arrangement and that they are completely house-trained, well behaved, kept off the soft furnishings or beds and exercised away from the apartments.
Complaints - Any complaints must be made known to the proprietor immediately. No complaints will be entertained after the hirer has departed.
Parking - Free parking is included in your tariff. The car park is approximately 300 yards from the premises. You will be able to load and unload outside the premises.
Arrivals & Departures - Bookings are from 3pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure.
Guests are expected to leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
